Description
It has the characteristics of traditional Mandheling: mellow mouthfeel, low acidity, outstanding sweetness and bitter aftertaste, elegant flavours. The production is just a few percent of the total volume, which is rare but has high quality.
The estate is located on a fertile plateau at 1,800 meters above sea level, coffee beans are wet-hulled to reduce acidity and add a mellow taste.
Ishigaki coffee
Founded in 2001, it is a coffee bean roasting workshop located in Shizuoka Prefecture. Imported coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted with manual monitory.
