Description
First-grade coffee beans from the Yirgacheffe District of Ethiopia, the coffee estate is located at an altitude of 1,750-2,000 meters.
The coffee beans are natural processed and medium-roasted. They have a fragrant aroma, mellow acidity and smooth mouthfeel; with bright floral aroma, blueberry, oak, syrup and dark chocolate flavours.
Ishigaki coffee
Founded in 2001, it is a coffee bean roasting workshop located in Shizuoka Prefecture. Imported coffee beans are carefully selected and roasted with manual monitory.
