Description
It is a treasure from Hokkaido, only 1 ~ 2pc can be found in every 1000pcs of Scallop; the Red Scallops are called “Red Jade” in Japan. When compared to ordinary White Scallop, they are more intense in taste and creamier, and the aftertaste stays long.
The inducing red colour is from Carotenoids, which is a strong anti-oxidant. Every bit is full of unique sweetness and healthiness, and you will not stop eating.
