Description
Made from the famous Maruya Hatcho miso from Okazaki City (Aichi Prefecture) with red dashi. Hatcho miso is brewed strictly according to the traditional method since 1337, and is naturally matured in wooden barrels for at least 2 years. The taste is rich and umami. Just open and eat, which is suitable as a healthy tea snack, a side dish for rice/noodles or a snack to accompany wine.
No preservatives or colorants are used, so you can enjoy it worrilessly.
