Pork cartilage is stewed in Japanese soy sauce and consommé until cartilage becomes soft and meat is tender, satisfying your desire for collagen. There is a hint of ginger taste in the tangy sauce which whet your appetite, perfect to be mixed with steam rice.
The pouch is sterilized under high pressure & temperature, and vacuum packed, which can be stored at room temperature. Hence it is easy to serve, just put the pouch in hot water and boil for 3 minutes, or enjoy directly from the pouch.

-May enjoy directly from the pouch or to reheat as follows.
1) put the pouch in hot water and boil for 3 minutes, or
2) pour the content into a microwave-safe plate/bowl and heat for 2-3 minutes (500W)
