Description
The A4 Wagyu beef comes from [Wagyu Craftsman] in Iwate Prefecture, which are small farms with mainly manual operations. Feeds of Wagyu are formulated with fermented whiskey grains, which is easier for the Wagyu to absorb the nutrients and umami ingredients, hence wagyu beef becomes delicious with tender texture with low fat-melting point.
Marbled fat and lean meat is perfertly balanced in rump meat, rich in both fat aroma and meaty taste. Just boil in water a few seconds or grill to medium on one side, serve with a bit of rock salt or mustard. You will feel the fat melts in your mouth, soft meat and juicy, an everlasting taste.
