Selected a small number of climatically and geologically favourable sunny parcels, and on which only the very best and completely rip Riesling grapes are picked for this refined wine – spicy yet soft, almost silky, texture and well integrated, refreshing Riesling acidity. TELL’s aroma is reminiscent of yellow and exotic fruit and white blossoms. On the palate, its elegant fruitiness leads up to a long, mouth-watering finish.
At the table, TELL is a virtual all-rounder, it matches well with cream soups, salads with spicy dressings, ripe Appenzell cheese, or poultry and pork roast. It also goes well with full-flavoured fish, such as sole or turbot.
