Description
Wild caught Conch Meat from Sri Lanka is soft and tender, delicious and tasty. There are various cooking methods, apart from making Chinese Soup, it can also be hot-potted, grilled with salt, or sautéed with black beans and chili pepper, making finger-licking dishes.
Preparing: Defrost, remove the operculum and digestive gland, wash and brush clean, then boil for a few minutes in a mixture of ginger juice and Chinese wine.
