Description
Wild caught Conch Meat is rich in protein and minerals, thick and bouncy, delicious and tasty. Apart from making Chinese Soup, it can also be stewed with pork ribs / belly, or sliced thin and slightly blanched, tasting fresh and umami.
Preparing: Defrost, remove the operculum and digestive gland, wash and brush clean, then boil for a few minutes in a mixture of ginger juice and Chinese wine.
